INSTRUCTOR

Christopher has been actively engaged in Training and Development since 2010. The area of focus has been in the development and delivery of Leadership, Human Dynamic (soft) Skills and Project Management workshops (Waterfall and Agile). He has a Certificate in Adult Training and Development from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Christopher is a strong advocate of continuing education completing an MBA from Canada, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the United States. Christopher has also been involved in Academia as an Adjunct Professor, teaching at Colleges and Universities in Canada and the United States. Participants in his workshops and students in his classes have referred to Christopher as inspirational, knowledgeable, and thought-provoking. Christopher Dsouza is project management professional with 15+ years leading enterprise teams in Project, Portfolio and Program Management. He has been engaged in Agile transformations with large organizations – delegated by management to train, coach and lead teams. He is a member of the Project Management Institute since 2004 – with the PMI-ACP, PMI-PMP, and PMI-RMP certifications

Delivery Mode:

The program is delivered as hybrid, with 2 in-person days and 3 online days. In-person days may be converted to online for candidates who are out of the Greater Toronto Area. In-Person classes will be scheduled at Unit 203, 3050 Confederation Parkway, Mississauga, ON, L5B 3Z6 unless specified other ways. Online classes will be on Zoom or MS Teams

Schedule:

The typical program will be scheduled on monthly basis

  • Class 1, in-person, every 2nd Saturday 9am to 5:30pm
  • Class 2: online, every 2nd Sunday 9am to 5pm
  • Class 3: online, every 3rd Tuesday 5pm to 10pm
  • Class 4: online, every 3rd Wednesday 5pm to 10pm
  • Class 5: in-person, every 3rd Saturday 9am to 5:30pm

Professionals in any sector with following pre-requisites

  • For high school diploma and equivalent, have 60 months of work experience.
  • For undergraduates and graduates, have 36 months of work experience.
